Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the SwapTesters mobile application (the "Service") operated by Bachynski Devs ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
SwapTesters is a community-based platform designed to help Android developers find testers for their apps to meet Google Play Console requirements. Users earn virtual currency ("Coins") by testing other users' apps and can spend these Coins to get testers for their own apps.
2. Virtual Currency (Coins & Diamonds)
- No Monetary Value: Coins and Diamonds are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or sold outside the app.
- Earning & Spending: Coins are earned by testing apps or watching advertisements. Diamonds are purchased via In-App Purchases.
- Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke Coins or Diamonds if we suspect they were obtained via fraud, bugs, or exploitation of the system.
3. In-App Purchases
- Processing: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
- Refunds: Because our items (Diamonds/Coins) are consumable digital goods that are used immediately to boost app visibility, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
- Delivery: If a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical error, please contact support with your transaction ID.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
By using SwapTesters, you agree NOT to:
- Uninstall Early: Uninstall an app immediately after claiming the reward. You must keep the app installed for the duration required by Google Play (usually 14 days) to help the developer.
- Fake Verification: Use emulators, scripts, or bots to fake app installations.
- Upload Malicious Content: Submit apps that contain malware, hate speech, illegal content, or violate Google Play Developer Policies.
- Harass Developers: Leave abusive or spam reviews on the Google Play Store.
Violation of these rules will result in the permanent suspension of your SwapTesters account.
5. App Verification & Permissions
To ensure the integrity of the testing ecosystem, SwapTesters requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission on Android.
- By using the "Claim Reward" feature, you consent to SwapTesters querying your device's package list specifically to verify the installation of the test app.
- You acknowledge that without this permission, the automatic verification and reward system cannot function.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the app icons and descriptions you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a license to display them within SwapTesters to other users.
- Our Content: The SwapTesters source code, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Bachynski Devs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that:
- Using SwapTesters will guarantee your app gets approved by Google Play Console.
- Testers will leave positive reviews (we encourage honest feedback).
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bachynski Devs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
