1. Introduction
Welcome to WageBook (the “App”), developed and published by Amila Udara (Bachynski Devs). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
WageBook is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help workers record and track daily income, advances, savings, and work status.
3. License
Bachynski Devs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate data.
- Securing your device.
- Actions taken based on data shown by the App.
5. Offline Functionality & Data Storage
The App works fully offline.
All entries and data are stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for any exported backups.
6. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App uses:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Firebase Analytics (usage analysis)
These services may collect device/usage data under their own policies.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bachynski Devs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Bachynski Devs.
