1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Flashlight (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License

Bachynski Devs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on your compatible device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. App Functionality

Flashlight is a simple utility to control your device’s flashlight and SOS functionality. The Application may use device hardware and standard Android permissions necessary for flashlight control.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AdMob) whose terms and privacy policies apply. You agree that Bachynski Devs is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.

• Use the Application in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to create derivative works based on the Application without our prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application (including the interface, design, and code) are owned by Bachynski Devs or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without our written permission.

7. Ads and Monetization

The Application may show advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads fund ongoing development. We are not responsible for ad content or ad provider practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. Bachynski Devs makes no warranty that the Application will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bachynski Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim related to the Application will not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (if any), or if none, a nominal amount.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end and you must cease all use of the Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Service Provider (Bachynski Devs) is located, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
