1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Prompt Gallery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the app.
2. License to use the app
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prompt Gallery on your compatible Android device.
3. App functionality
Prompt Gallery provides a searchable gallery of AI prompts across categories (YouTube, TikTok, image generation, etc.). Features include browsing, searching, liking, saving prompts, and Hot Picks. The app supports dark and light themes and sorting by date and like counts.
4. No registration
Prompt Gallery currently does not require user signup. Saved prompts are stored locally on your device. Liking a prompt may send anonymous counts to our server to power Hot Picks.
5. User content & intellectual property
- Prompts in the gallery: The app contains prompts contributed or curated and stored in our Firestore database. All prompts and app content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use prompts for personal or creative work subject to any licensing indicated for specific prompts.
- Contributions: If the app later allows contributions, you represent that you own the content or have permission to share it, and you grant the app a non-exclusive license to display and use that content.
6. Advertisements & third-party services
The app displays ads via Google AdMob. Third-party services (Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob) have their own terms and privacy practices. You agree that we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app’s operation.
- Upload or share content that violates law or third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bachynski team and its affiliates will not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the app, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bachynski team, its officers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app (or any feature) at any time. We may also update these Terms — we’ll post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka (where the owner is based), without regard to conflict of law principles.
